It’s official: Sr. Vice President, Project Planning Allison McCue has been selected as one of San Francisco Business Times’ (SFBT) 40 Under 40 Class of 2023! This is Allison’s third time celebrating a highly competitive industry award win in the last seven months, the first being ENR California’s 2023 Top Young Professionals and the second being ENR’s national 2023 20 Under 40 list.
Although all three awards honor exceptionally accomplished leaders under the age of 40, SFBT’s 40 Under 40 competition is unique in that it considers candidates from a wide variety of market sectors. Allison joins 39 Bay Area-based CEOs, company founders, owners, executive/senior directors, presidents, vice presidents, and partners running high-profile companies in sectors ranging from biotechnology to finance to sports. Represented companies include DoorDash, JPMorgan Chase, Mammoth Biosciences, Golden State Warriors, Instacart, and City of Oakland.
“When I saw the full list of winners, I was shocked,” she says. “The sense of pride that comes with being named among so many CEOs and co-founders, especially in a region as competitive as the San Francisco Bay Area, is honestly indescribable. I’m incredibly honored to represent Webcor in this year’s SFBT 40 Under 40 cohort. Webcor’s an amazing company that absolutely deserves to be highlighted with the rest of these groundbreaking Bay Area businesses.”
“It goes without saying that this great achievement is extremely well-deserved,” says Executive VP, Builders Jit Pahilajani. “Allison has demonstrated immense growth since joining Webcor as a project engineer in 2006. Her career trajectory within the company has been inspiring to all, and I look forward to seeing how her leadership and expertise continue to impact our people and business operations for years to come."
On April 27, Allison will be honored with the rest of this year’s winners at the SFBT 40 Under 40 Awards celebration at the Westin St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco. She’ll also be featured in SFBT’s annual 40 Under 40 special edition on April 21!
