At Webcor, our commitment to quality extends well beyond the completion of a project. Our in-house Warranty and Service Department ensures that all Building Owner requests are tracked, managed, and responded to promptly, with a strong emphasis on ongoing customer service.

Exceptional Service During Warranty Period

Owners consistently provide positive feedback on our warranty department's responsiveness and efficiency. This has led us to offer optional extended warranty contracts for up to ten years, providing peace of mind and exceptional service continuity beyond the initial warranty period.

Seamless Transition and Turnover

Upon project completion, our Project Manager coordinates a closeout and turnover meeting with the Warranty and Service Department. The project team prepares a comprehensive turnover package that includes:

  • Punch list report with all open and closed items
  • List of incomplete work under the original contract
  • Approved and unapproved change order work
  • Signed Certificate of Substantial Completion and other legally binding documents
  • Copy of the Prime Contract
  • List of all subcontract work scopes
  • All project warranties, including those from Webcor, subcontractors, manufacturers, and vendors
  • One copy of close-out CDs

After the turnover meeting, the Warranty and Service team schedules a review meeting with the Building Owner, HOA, building management, and operational staff to go over Webcor’s Warranty and Service Request Program.

Streamlined Service Requests

Responding to warranty service requests is a top priority, as we see it as an integral part of building lasting positive client relationships. We've streamlined the process to ensure prompt resolution of warranty issues. Service Requests (SR) can be submitted online through the Webcor Builders website. Upon submission, a tracking number is immediately sent to the requester for acknowledgment and tracking purposes.
