After the turnover meeting, the Warranty and Service team schedules a review meeting with the Building Owner, HOA, building management, and operational staff to go over Webcor’s Warranty and Service Request Program.
Responding to warranty service requests is a top priority, as we see it as an integral part of building lasting positive client relationships. We've streamlined the process to ensure prompt resolution of warranty issues. Service Requests (SR) can be submitted online through the Webcor Builders website. Upon submission, a tracking number is immediately sent to the requester for acknowledgment and tracking purposes.
