Bay Meadows Stations 1-5 located in San Mateo, CA is a ground-up, Type I concrete and steel commercial office project. This CMAR project is designed by HOK.

The project encompasses five structures with varying levels above grade. The commercial office buildings are part of a centrally-located, walkable, mixed-use urban village. The buildings feature open lobbies, large and flexible floor plates, optimized planning, floor- to-ceiling glass, roof decks, and locker rooms with showers. Amenities include a fit lot with recreational courts, beer garden, town square, biking and jogging trails, and 18 acres of parks.
