It includes 514 luxury condominiums. Connected parking totals 658,495 square feet and 1,821 stalls. Located within the 6.3 acre, $1 billion Metropolis development, the residences include 36,482 square feet of retail located at the ground floor and an amenity level, METNINE, which includes a large landscaped deck featuring a swimming pool, fire features, volleyball and yoga sporting area, a dog park, and a play space.
Metropolis Los Angeles Tower II is part of the Metropolis Los Angeles Phase I and II development constructed by Webcor. Webcor self-performed concrete and carpentry on the project.
