Perched on San Francisco’s iconic Rincon Hill, Tower Two at One Rincon Hill offers breathtaking vistas from its high-rise units. Enjoy panoramic views from Twin Peaks to The Ferry Building from the western-facing units, and expansive San Francisco Bay views from the East Bay Hills to the Bay Bridge from the eastern-facing units.

Tower Two at One Rincon Hill located in San Francisco, CA is a ground-up, Type I concrete apartment project.

The project is designed by Solomon, Cordwell, Buenz & Associates, Inc. This GMP project totals 505,000 square feet throughout one structure with 52 levels above grade and one level below grade. It includes 299 apartments. Below grade parking includes 155 car stackers.

Tower Two is one of two towers comprising the 1.25 million square foot One Rincon Hill development, a new benchmark for urban, architectural and structural design of tall buildings. The height was made possible by pioneering structural solutions for building in areas of high seismic activity. Amenities in the North Tower include a fitness center and a sky lounge on the top floor. A successful phased occupancy/ early TCO plan enabled the developer to start generating revenue prior to the completion of the entire project.

Webcor self-performed carpentry and concrete and established a rapid, three-day, floor-to-floor cycle for the structure and curtain wall. This project is LEED Silver®.
