The King Street Renovation project located in San Francisco, CA is an office renovation totaling 18,251 SF. A renovation of Webcor’s corporate office, the project is located on the third floor of a Type 1 concrete residential building.
Designed by Blitz Architects, the tenant improvements to Webcor’s third floor office space included a complete interior buildout of the space while occupied by corporate staff and residents on other floors of the building. The work included installation of MEPF systems and architectural fit-out of finishes, doors/frames/hardware, bathrooms, window coverings, etc. Sustainability features included principles from biophilic design, as the office space includes 130 SF of green wall space and over 575individual plants. Webcor self-performed concrete, drywall and interiors.
