The project totals 13,000 square feet throughout 1 level. With the emphasis on attracting and retaining top talent, this new ‘technology hub’ is envisioned to be a center for up to 120 employees and contain individual workspaces, functional team spaces, meeting space, executive conference room, interview/client meeting space, a select amount of private offices, kitchen/community area, and a multi-purpose space for collaboration and company meetings. Webcor self-performed carpentry, drywall, DFH (Doors, Framing, and Hardware), and millwork. The project is pursuing LEED Silver® and FitWel.
