The project includes below-grade valet parking. Amenities include 21 meeting rooms with flexible configurations, an indoor swimming pool, a 12,000 square foot health spa, two ballrooms, a Michelin Star restaurant, and a six-floor podium.
The exterior design features a glass curtain wall system with a faceted and stepped façade. Webcor self-performed concrete and carpentry. This project is LEED Silver®.
