Seismic retrofit of a post-tensioned concrete project with a construction cost of $17.5 M. This CMAR project totals 119,000 SF throughout one structure with seven levels above grade and a subterranean parking level. The project scope includes a seismic retrofit of the 71-unit residential building as well as MEP upgrades, accessibility upgrades, fire-life-safety improvements, and security enhancements. Seismic Improvements include installation of shear walls, supplemental columns and concrete collector elements, and strengthening of interior and exterior columns.
