Genentech Building 35 located in South San Francisco, CA is a ground-up, Type I steel commercial office project. The project is designed by Perkins and Will, Inc. The project utilized Genentech’s own highly collaborative project delivery (HCPD) model, which leverages the key elements of integrated project delivery (IPD).

This HCPD project totals 260,000 square feet throughout one structure with seven levels above grade including a full interior build out. The project includes active workspaces for 1,300 employees, open stairways, secure light-filled bicycle storage and locker rooms, reGen Center for meditation and relaxation, coffee bar, and marketplace cafeteria.
