It includes 58 limited-edition residences with an average size of more than 2,400 square feet and a 12,000 square foot, full floor penthouse which is one of the most expensive ever sold in Los Angeles. Connected parking totals 159,224 square feet and 174 stalls.

Managed by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and overlooking Beverly Hills and the Hollywood Hills, the residences include custom designed interiors, professional-grade gourmet kitchens, spa-like bathroom, and open-concept indoor/outdoor living.

Amenities include rooftop gardens, in-house PRIMA cinema, pool terrace with cabañas, and a 3,250 square foot indoor/outdoor fitness center with masseuse room, private yoga, sauna and steam rooms.
