The American River College Parking Structure is a 5-level, 486,000 square foot university parking complex that utilizes structural precast concrete columns and beams combined with post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete decks.
The new facility features 1,735 vehicle parking stalls, 4 elevators, 3 staircases and a 375-foot-wide art screen wall facing the athletic field to the south. Site improvements include a landscaped entry drive, a realignment of the Staff Parking lot and North Campus access road, a new pedestrian bridge to separate pedestrian traffic from auto traffic, a “grand stair” pedestrian entrance to the parking structure, 12 tennis courts, site concrete, paving, landscaping and irrigation.
Construction is what we do best - it’s no surprise that we live and breathe every aspect of construction.
