The American Airlines T1/T2 Relocation at SFO in San Francisco, CA is a Type I project.
This design-build project consists of the interior construction of about 28,000 square feet of office and operations spaces, including lobbies, administrative work stations, open office areas, conference rooms, break rooms, storage areas, a ground service equipment maintenance store, IT rooms, locker rooms, restrooms, and an approximately 12,000-SF premium airline lounge.
The lounge features a commercial kitchen, restrooms, showers, quiet zones, a café, full bar, audio-video entertainment, etc. Webcor self-performed drywall, concrete, specialties, and doors. This project is LEED Gold®.
Construction is what we do best - it’s no surprise that we live and breathe every aspect of construction.
