The Millennium Tower and 450 Pacific Law Offices received the following honors from California Construction's Best of 2009 Awards:

Outstanding Project Management: The Millennium Tower
Multi-Family Residential - Award of Merit: The Millennium Tower

Millennium Tower:
Millennium Tower is the tallest concrete structure in San Francisco. The mixed-use residential project consists of a 60-story, 645 foot tower and an 11-story amenity building connected by a 3 level podium. The project also includes an atrium and 5 levels of below grade parking. Total area is approximately 1,150,000 square feet.

Restoration/Renovation - Award of Merit: 450 Pacific Law Offices

450 Pacific Law Offices:
The 450 Pacific Law Offices project is a seismic retrofit and complete interior renovation of a historic building on Pacific Ave, within San Francisco's Barbary Coast district. This building is now the San Francisco headquarters of Keesal, Young & Logan and includes office space, a private bar and dining room; a fitness room, shower, kitchen, and several conference/meeting spaces.
