ONE SOUTH PARK, SAN FRANCISCO, CA

One South Park is a seismic retrofit, rehabilitation and conversion of a 1920's-era tobacco warehouse into modern residential units. The project contains 35 high-end residential condominiums, a 35-space garage, and a single 3,800 sq ft retail space.

Additional living space was created by adding a new concrete floor within the existing structure, and by adding a penthouse building for a total of 5 stories.

The units feature high exposed concrete ceilings, and contemporary kitchens and bathrooms. Each residence has a dedicated parking space within the building's garage which utilizes a space-saving car stacker system.

One South Park was awarded the Best Restoration Award from California Construction's Best of 2008 Awards.
