| The LucasArts Entertainment project is a 55,000 sf tenant buildout. The project is comprised of both offices and sound studios for LucasArts, a computer game software developer. Special interior features include the mixed use of basic building materials such as high density particle board, chainlink fencing and galvanized sheet metal. These features are combined with specialized lighting and curved walls to create a high tech, yet casual work environment. |
