AGILE SOFTWARE, SAN JOSE, CA
Agile Software helps companies drive profits, accelerate innovation, collaborate with partners, and leverage intellectual property. During the summer of 2003, Webcor built-out their new company headquarters in San Jose, where they relocated from multiple floors in a down-town high rise.
Agile was fast-track, three-month construction schedule for 88,000 SF over two floors of an existing building. A large portion of the scope is MEPS, which includes a full Telecom system, addition of HVAC units, full electrical upgrades, fire alarm system modifications, and a fire protection system, including a preaction system in the Server Room. This project also includes an audio-visual package including plasma screens, ceiling-mounted projectors, satellite dish connections, and conference tables with built-in microphones and other AV features. The Server Room is one of the largest in Silicon Valley for the company's size, as Agile is ready for expansion into adjacent buildings.
