CONTRACT FORM: The work will be performed under our subcontract which is similar to the AGCC Long Form Subcontract, along with Webcor's Exhibits relating to lien release forms, insurance requirements, standard general conditions, etc. Copies of these forms are available in Webcor's main office and respective regional offices for your review. It is our intent to have the standard subcontract form remain intact. No modifications to the contract language or format will be accepted. By submitting a proposal or bid, Subcontractor agrees to the forgoing.
